Why can't I see an account's posts or stories?
The account is private. Only content an account has made public can be viewed; private accounts show their profile details only.
Why are there no stories?
Stories disappear 24 hours after they're posted. If an account hasn't posted one in the last day, there's nothing to show. Highlights stay until the owner removes them.
How do I report or block an account?
On the account's profile, tap ⋯ and choose Report account or Block. To report a single story, post or reel, open it and tap the flag. We review every report within 24 hours. Unblock accounts in Settings → Blocked accounts.
Is Veyla only for browsing?
Yes. Veyla is for browsing public profiles; nothing is copied to your device. You can bookmark public profiles to find them again quickly.
I bought a plan on another iPhone. How do I get it here?
Open Settings in the App and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Veyla → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
"Can't reach the server right now"
Check your connection and try again. If you use a content filter or VPN, try another network.
